Sometimes called the "Miracle Device", the Blundstone Boot Jack is the easiest way to pull them (or any other pull-on boots) off without pulling any muscles. Place it on the floor, put the weight of one foot one the flat end, stick the heel of your other boot in the mouth of the boot jack, and pull that foot up.
